AIs for Voice + Video Creation šŸŽ¤šŸ“¹

Top tools for speedy, easy content creation

Hey AI Puppies,

The AI landscape is evolving at lightning speed, but there’s one type of tool that’s especially popular these days. Well, there are actually two, but they go together quite well: audio and visual content creation šŸŽ¤šŸ“¹

It’s no wonder these types of tools are at the top of most AI recommendation lists. Before generative artificial intelligence, it wasn’t easy to record and edit high-quality clips! You had to have the right equipment, the right editing software, and the right skill set to craft it all together. Oh, and you needed a lot of free time.

Now, it only takes a few clicks on web-based platforms to produce compelling audio tracks with equally well-made video šŸ“½ļø

Before jumping into our list of recommendations for the week, you might be wondering: why would I want to make AI-generated audio and video content?

If you’ve never considered delving into the wide world of content creation, here are a few potential use cases for AI voice and video generation technology:

🐾Generating likenesses for social media videos, podcasts, animations, or games

🐾Creating customized voice assistants to accompany a project (like audiobooks)

🐾Helping people with hearing impairments navigate your app or website

🐾Improving simulation & training content for your company

🐾Prototyping a script or likeness for demos before hiring real actors

🐾Creating advertising content

🐾Translating clips into different languages

There are a lot of tools already on the market to choose from, so let’s explore our favorites! Keep reading for a closer look at:

šŸŽ¤MurfAI for AI voice generation

šŸŽ¤ElevenLabs for AI voice dubbing

šŸ“¹Synthesia for videos with AI avatars

šŸ“¹Visla for turning texts into accurate AI videos

Let’s get editing!

MurfAI: Generate 120+ Realistic AI Voices

MurfAI is a simple, straightforward way to turn text into versatile, customized voices. It’s always nice when an AI tool doesn’t have too steep of a learning curve šŸ™

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Head to www.Murf.AI and make a free account

  2. You’ll be directed to a project portal, where you can copy and paste your text

  3. Select which voice you’d like to use from the library

And hit play down below!

The Pitch, Speed, and Pause features at the top of the text box allow you to customize your track.

When everything is ready to go, hit the ā€˜Export’ button in the upper right-hand corner.

You get 10 minutes of free track creation per month, but you can also upgrade your account to access additional capacity and features.

ElevenLabs for Synthesis and Dubbing

If you don’t get the results you need with Murf, don’t worry. ElevenLabs is an excellent option, too, especially if your project involves dubbing šŸ“£

Just follow the exact same steps:

  1. Head to www.ElevenLabs.io and sign up for a free account

  2. You’ll be directed to a project portal, where you can upload your script

  3. Adjust your settings, and hit play!

Compared to Murf, the settings are a bit more detailed. Here’s a preview:

As for pricing, you get 10,000 free characters of translation per month with this one.

ElevenLabs also has a nifty Speech to Speech tab, where you can get creative with translation. As you can see, you can either upload a clip, or record audio directly into your browser:

The use cases for this feature are endless! Collaborate more easily with international clients, make first-draft ads for global audiences, reach more people through your podcasts – you name it.

Happy translating, puppies!

Cast AI Avatars with Synthesia

You never know when an actor or presenter will come in handy for your project. But when the time comes, you likely don’t want to get bogged down by the lengthy process of casting, training, or filming šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«

Enter Synthesia, a top-rated platform for accessing 140+ diverse AI avatars and 120+ languages!

This one doesn’t have a free version, but new users can create one free AI video – either click here, or head to the website and keep an eye out for the offer pop-up.

We gave it a whirl, and here’s what it looks like:

As you can see, users can adjust the content based on tone. With a full account, you can also adjust background, actor, voice, pacing, speed, crop, and more.

Text to Audio with Visla AI

Avatars are just one part of the AI video industry. There’s a whole lot more you can do, especially with handy tools like Visla AI!

Visla uses a combination of stock footage, your footage, meeting footage, webcam footage, or whatever else you have available to create professional video assets.

In essence, it enables users to ā€˜start a video with anything’ and ā€˜edit videos like editing a doc’ – two super easy ways to get your vision off the ground.

Simply…

  1. Head to www.Visla.us and make a free account

  2. Click ā€˜start video’ and select how you’d like to start (pictured below)

  3. Follow the steps and hit Generate

We chose to start with text:

The result was exactly what we asked for! Here’s a screengrab of the video, which was a quick and easy slideshow with background music and nice narration:

This tool also integrates with ChatGPT Plus, so if you’re a Plus user, you can leverage ChatGPT’s script-writing power directly within the Vista platform.

Happy videoing, puppies!
